Yes. Staff can sign in with their Microsoft or Google account, and bookings can show on your room calendars. Microsoft needs a one-off admin approval; Google just needs each room calendar shared with us.

Everyone has their own login, with two-factor sign-in by app, email code or passkey. You can make it compulsory for the whole venue.

Every day by our hosting provider, and every night by us, with a test restore every morning. 30 days kept, a copy off-site, all stored in the UK. We can restore one venue, or just part of its data.

No. Cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you've paid for.

No. It works in any browser. Casuals see only their own shifts and open shifts, get notifications, and can add shifts to their phone calendar.
